Talk with Teens about Self and Stress

All young people need a safe place to "just talk"—to share their feelings and concerns with supportive peers and an attentive adult. These guided discussions help students gain self-awareness and self-esteem, make better choices, solve problems, cope with stress, and discover that they have much in common.
