National 4-H Shooting Sports Invitational
Hundreds of youth gather every year to compete in the various shooting disciplines at the National 4-H Shooting Sports Invitational.   This year the action will take place June 21-26, 2015 in Grand Island, Nebraska. To be qualified for this event any active 4-H member who is 14 years of age or older on September 1, 2014, and who meets all requirements, including but not limited to information below, is eligible to apply to participate in the National 4-H Shooting Sports Invitational.  *Please note that you can only compete in a given event/discipline once, so make sure you are ready for the challenge!

4-H Shooting Sports Instructors
 
To sign up to become a certified 4-H Shooting Sports instructor contact Kevin Kesler. Please look at your calendar and have some dates picked out. Our training lasts about 8- 10 hours and a range will need to be reserved for our use.
 
The following subjects will be covered: How to be a 4-H leader, a shooting sports component of how to manage a range safely, and a brief overview of all the different disciplines.
